Regional IT is pleased to announce the release of our transport software solution TransIT

Regional IT has been working with various Transport companies to develop TransIT to suit the standards and needs of today's transport industry. TransIT is a consignment note and invoicing system that interfaces directly into MYOB Accounting suites (as well as other accounting software). TransIT can handle a large number of transactions and is flexible enough to cater for multiple Depots.

November 2011 - Committed to attend the 2012 AHPA conference
Regional IT have made a committment to attend the AHPA conference in the Hawaii in May 2012. We will be there to meet with Hullers and Processors to introduce them to ALMADS. If you would like to book a demonstration on one of the days please email Justin at justin@regionalit.com.au

November 2011 - Regional IT will be at the Annual Almond Board Conference!
Dan Pronsolino will again be attending the Annual Almond Board Conference in Modesto, December 2011 on behalf of Regional IT so please dont hesitate to contact him.

November 2011 - Regional IT signs with another Australian Nut Producer!
Nut Producers Australia (NPA) are a Pistachio and Almond Processor and have engaged Regional IT to provide Systems Analysis and database advice to have reports written from their existin ERP system. Regional IT will then hopefully assist with a live data capture system fro both the Pistachio and Almonds processing plants.

July 2011 - Regional IT deliver ALMADS to Cortina Hulling and Shelling LLC ready for Season 2011!
Soon after Cortez Grower Association was delivered, Regional IT delivered a custom version of ALMADS to suit Cortina Hulling and Shelling LLC! Unlike Cortez's version, Cortina's software included live data capture and scale interfaces. All of which were delivered prior to the season commencing.

June 2011 - Regional IT deliver ALMADS to Cortez Growers Association ready for Season 2011!
Regional IT delivered and installed as promised a custom made version of ALMADS for Cortez Growers Association's Shelling / Hulling operation ready for the 2011 season. This software was a scaled down version which is predominantly controlled in the office. Live capture in the plants is a future plan for Cortez.

May 2011 - Regional IT deliver new functions and evolve processes for Central California Almond Growers Association (CCAGA)
Regional IT delivered a bundle of new features and changes to the ALMADS system for CCAGA prior to their 5th season using ALMADS. CCAGA's continual improvement processes required further changes to ALMADS to suit their ever evolving business model. Regional IT delivered these changes prior to the season and provided time for suitable training and fine tuning.


April 2011 - Regional IT delivered new features for Midstate Hulling and Shelling LLC for Season 2011!
Some operational and scale changes brought on additional requirements for ALMADS in Midstates 2nd season with Regional IT. These changes were delivered in late April ready for the season ahead and provided Midstate's staff plenty of time to get exposed to the changes.

March 2011 - Regional IT Complete Installation of the Hulling and Shelling Software for Select
The ALMADS System for the Hulling and Shelling processes for Select is completely automated with minimal operator intervention. Regional IT teamed up with sage Automation to deliver a complete system from receivals through to tipping for finished goods. A Warehouse Module has also been developed to track product movements. The next phase is to complete the Sorting and Packing Stage and Shipping by the end of the year 2011.

November 2010 - Regional IT sign one of the largest Huller / Processors in Australia for season 2011!
One of the largest huller / processors in Australia Select Harvests Limited have signed with Regional IT to develop a solution that extends the current ALMADS capabilities to include a handler system. We are looking forward to the challenges ahead which include communicating with automated tank doors, extracting belt scale weights from 4 different areas of the process and incorporating the handler requirements into the current ALMADS solution. Automation will be of benefit to other hullers / shellers and handlers that are looking to move towards this technology in the future.

June 2010 - Regional IT sign's a Californian Agent!
Dan Pronsolino was approached by us soon after the AHPA conference this year. We were looking for someone with local Almond industry knowledge and exposure to the hulling/shelling and processing businesses. Dan more than fits the bill having been in the Almond business for over 10 years and recently finished his Masters of Science in Agriculture from California Polytech State University. Dan now is our eyes and ears on the ground having a role which covers client introduction, training and support of ALMADS.

February 15th 2009 - ALMADS moves to Microsoft SQL
ALMADS has now been developed using the latest installment of Microsoft's SQL database. ALMADS will now take full advantage of MS SQL's dynamic sorting and reporting capabilities to provide our new and exisiting clients an even more flexible solution.


September 1st 2008 - Regional IT develops CRS - Commission Register Software for Lenders
If you are a Lender or Loans Broker, then you would know what's involved in painstakingly matching the loan commissions owed to what have been paid each month. Regional IT have developed CRS that takes this time wasting task away by allowing a system to do the work for you. We have a number of Lenders now using this system to match and alert any missing loan commission payments. It also highlights new loans that have been registered and separates upfront payments from monthly commissions.
Currently we have the capability of matching PLAN, AFG and Connective commissions, however the system can be custom built to suit your needs.
